Once again I spent most of the day sorting out more email issues and computer setup issues. I printed the daily news, crossword & cartoons. Keldyn was much better after getting another injection today. I saw several pods of whales; one pod went right under the ship. There were many small birds flying around also and I threw the 20th moth out of the radio room. Not sure where they keep coming from, unless it’s the same one that keeps flying back through another door? I had some prawns for lunch which were great.
I was told I will not be involved with the Davis resupply and will have to stay on board the ship as the radio operator; that pissed me off no end. We have also been asked to volunteer to do a survey for NASA to help in sending astronauts to Mars. It involves keeping a diary and writing your thoughts on other expeditioners every day. I’m not really interested and might give it a miss. I spent a couple of hours reading training notes, sorting information and cleaning up all my training files on the computer. I might start on all my music tomorrow.
